  • Minimum days for car hire = 6 days
  • On collecting car a contract will have to be signed and agreed between you and the local car hire company. We act as an agent for local car hire companies and our job is to negotiate better rates for you and guarantee availability after confirmation. This does not affect your statutory rights and we endeavour to exercise our duty of care towards you
  • Prices exclude: Local Compulsory Insurance (25cuc per day) and Guarantee Refundable Deposit (250cuc)
  • Prices include: Manual or Automatic Transaxle according to the availability and/or the model and will be re-confirmed, A/C, Unlimited Mileage, CD or Cassette Player
  • The first date of rent will determine the applicable season and therefore the total price
  • You must provide your flight details if collecting your car at an airport – please note that a 20 cuc Airport Collection Fee may apply and will have to be paid locally
  • Drop off time must equal pick up time. If you wish to return the car after this time, you will be charge another day of rent
  • The minimum age required for this category is 25 years old
  • Cuba Direct confirms only car category, not an specific car model although we can request an specific model
  • If you are collecting out of working hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 - 17:00), you must select a Pick Up Point that shows (24 hrs)
  • If cars are not available at the selected office/point, we will try to confirm the car in the nearest car hire office/point
