An article from Prensa Latina has confirmed that a tourist observatory is scheduled to open in the eastern Cuban province of Holguin. As the first of its kind in Cuba, it will be made up of tourism specialists, travel agencies, tour operators, tourist industry experts, and professors and students from the University of Holguin.
